Player Information
Everything You Need Before Championship Week.
Spectators
Spectators are permitted during the Steele Canyon Championship. All spectators must remain outside designated playing areas, follow course and tournament instructions, and avoid interfering with competition.
Caddies
Caddies are permitted. Players using a golf cart may have their caddie ride when cart capacity allows. If carts are at capacity or additional riding space is unavailable, caddies must walk.
Transportation
A golf cart is included with every entry fee. Players are required to ride in a golf cart throughout championship play. Walking is not permitted in order to maintain pace of play and ensure a consistent tournament experience.
Rangefinders
Distance-measuring devices are permitted. Slope, elevation-adjustment, plays-like distance, or any other nonconforming function must be disabled during tournament play. Use of an active slope feature during competition may result in penalty or disqualification.
Dress Code
Championship Attire Required.
Championship golf attire is required at all times on the golf course and practice facilities.

Players, caddies, and spectators are expected to maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a VELA Tour championship and comply with all Steele Canyon Golf Club policies.

Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method after the applicable cancellation fee has been deducted. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
For players who select Save Card & Pay Later, payment is processed 21 days before Round 1. A cancellation prior to that date will not incur the full entry fee — only the applicable cancellation fee may be charged to the payment method on file. Players who select Pay Now have already paid the entry fee at registration and are subject to the cancellation fees above. Failed payments may result in the loss of the player's place in the field.
At registration, each player acknowledges and agrees to the VELA Tour cancellation and payment policy.
